Traci has been involved in the mortgage and title industry since 1993. She is a leader in the field of construction and development closings. Grand Rapids developers have come to rely on Traci for smooth management of complex title and closing matters.
Bill Gelineau – Licensed Title Examiner
Bill has been fortunate to work with the very best in the business. Previously part of the First American Agency staff and First American Title for over a decade, he most recently worked as Title Manager for a large Grand Rapids area agent since 2008.
Andrew Hall – Licensed Title Examiner
Andrew has been involved in the mortgage and title industry since 2012. He is an Eagle Scout and brings his dedication and attention to detail to everything he does. Andrew is a “Jack of all trades” and our Escrow and Title Team relies on him for excellent customer service, updating commitments, and preparing closing packages for customers.
Matt Pelfrense – Closer – Lakeshore Office
Matt began his journey in the title industry at the beginning of the recent pandemic, rapidly learning the importance of integrity and the crucial nature of real estate.
A business graduate of Western Michigan University, Matt handles closings at the Lakeshore Office and assistances with the many details of the process from recordings to policy.
Outside of work, he enjoys being with family and friends, and is a big Michigan and Detroit Tigers fan. He also swings a mean 4-iron and seldom 3-putts.
